@Fraser hmmm... I almost tempted to listen to the song just to hear this stolen riff.
@Marie, I used to think it had a good guitar riff - but it turns out they stole that riff from Iron Maiden. So, nothing good about it.

Fingers crossed for a return to happy days for the next Advance Wars!

That song is terrible in every way. I actually don't know any of its lyrics besides these, as I have always immediately changed the channel/station upon hearing these words.
Josh Korwin

Same thing happened with "Excitebike IV: The Cambodia Diaries."

So... many... bodies....

@scott Word. It's really the best advice for pretty much anything a person might want to do.

Except for, like, brain surgery or something. You probably should go to school for that first.
Great interview. He seems like a really cool guy. I really like how his advice is just go out and do it.

@RevolvingDork Petri gives an *amazing* interview. Even when the questions veered off the usual path, he gave such thoughtful and interesting answers. I want to ask him a million questions about everything!

And, OMG (not sarcastic) you are going to love Crayon Physics Deluxe. Too much awesome in one place...
Petri, you give a pretty awesome interview. I feel the same way about vacations, I'd rather just have time off at home to build things.

The advice you give is, in my opinion, the single most important thing creative people need to adopt. Check out my friend Bre's "Manifesto of Done", it codifies the sentiment ( http://www.brepettis.com/blog/2009/3/3/the-cult-of-done-manifesto.html ).

As soon as I get back home from business travel I'm going to buy Crayon Physics Deluxe, it looks incredible!

@Going-to-sue-u Secret new project, eh? Maybe he's just not ready to reveal it yet... but now I'm so curious!
I have followed this guy a lot lately (mostly cause hes a finn) and I think he has a new project he's not telling about. But still great interview.

@tabacco I lol'd. Um... I think I actually went to a couple of those talks.
Awesome interview. Was the "Hey, look at this. I made this awesome thing. I'm so cool. I'm so awesome. Buy my game." talk you went to by Peter Molyneaux by any chance? :)
I'm with you, Marie. A day without internet and I start to get twitchy.
wow, that game looks amazing!
Wow, great interview. I think I need a while hoodie myself.

It is fun! I'm glad you gave it your money!
I just bought it today after buying World Of Goo. I actually thought it was fun.

That's one of the many interesting and unusual backgrounds you can employ... to... somehow.... make the game more awesome?
It's unclear to me why there is an Indiana Jones-style map in the background...
